Esmeralda and Nirvana, dark green bottle, in 20cl and 70cl as well as the Bacchus absinthe, only in 50cl.

La Bioveresse : The only organic certified absinthe made in Switzerland has a unique character, a robustness and a flavour rooted firmly in the local soil. Six of the eight herbs used in its distillation are sourced directly from the Distillery garden or from growers in the Val-de-Travers. They are all subsequently distilled in time-honoured fashion with the care and skill of true artisans.
