An absinthe of amber tones, possessing an intense nose, with touches of common wormwood, anise, liquorice and woody notes.
Its distinctive taste is round, voluminous, extremely aromatic and without bitterness.
In short: an absinthe that escapes the beaten track without losing its authentic soul. It is expressive, has remarkable finesse and a rare aromatic complexity. To drink pure or with a few drops of fresh water.

Lightly bitter. On the palate, the absinthe plant dominates slightly. Its artisanal distillation, following a traditional recipe, makes it appreciated by the real “Fée Verte” drinkers.
Pronounced bitterness, lots of character. It can be prepared according to the ritual that some painters and poets of the 19th century were performing for inspiration… with the fountain, the spoon and the sugar.
It is in this recipe that we find a high amount of Absinthe, which gives it an interesting level of thujone. Can also be drunk with sugar.
Absinthe soft on the palate, full of different flavours and a slight bitterness as it was before the prohibition.
The palate quickly forgets its 72° degrees of alcohol, giving way to the richness of the ten plants that comprise it. Served in trendy bars, appreciated by both connoisseurs and new customers, this absinthe’s inimitable taste is the link between tradition and modernity.
Green coloured absinthe, based on 100% natural plants. Can also be drunk with sugar. In the mouth, it gives off excellent flavours.
